"Word of mouth" advertising means that Person B has received word of your product and/or service from the mouth of another -- such as Person A. We can take as a given that there is already some level of word of mouth happening about your product. That level might be high, or that level might be low. All we know is that there is already some form of "Word of mouth" happening. So rather than re-inventing something which is already occuring let's add on a new form. That new form of word of mouth can be Quzzles. Think about it. Person A can send Person B a Quzzle designed from your company graphic. Person A might be gloating that he or she solved the Quzzle in fewer moves. Or Person A can be challenging Person B to solve the Quzzle if it happens to be a particularily hard one. Does it matter? Nope, not at all. As long as Person A is sending stuff to Person B about anything related to your products and/or services you are recieving the benefits of "word of mouth" advertising. And we all know which form of advertising is the best.
